This is my first time ever purchasing a new vehicle and Adam was immensely helpful. Not only did he make me feel at ease while searching for the right vehicle for me but he also managed to find something that fit in my budget! Being a young female, I was very nervous to come and look for a car on my own but Adam did not pressure me in any way and I asked many questions to which Adam had all the answers for!

After getting rear ended on the weekend of the ice storm I was told my 2021 Ranger was a total loss. I really liked that truck. Brought the truck to the body shop to get it assessed for insurance. Cheyanne was awesome and Joe quickly did his thing. Cheyanne explained the process and was very helpful. Once the truck was deemed a total loss I had already decided on getting another Ranger. That’s when I met Akhilesh, goes by Ak. One of the chillest salesmen I’ve ever met. What I wanted was not on the lot so Ak searched. Finally found one I was happy with and that was that. Ak was knowledgeable and patient with my fussiness. Finance was handled by Jennifer who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Jen explained everything clearly and made the paperwork easy. Very pleased with my new truck and my experience at Holiday Ford.

Our service experience was great. The shuttle was on time and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. There was an issue with the price (an honest mistake) and they took care of it immediately and to our satisfaction.

I also had some work done on my prior vehicle and the mechanic's/desk guys in service are so helpful. They were able todo any repairs needed, in what I would say was better timing than any garage I've been to in the past.

From the time they pick up my SUV at my home . They then did the service , washed and cleaned the SUV, then brought it back to my house. While they had my SUV they gave me a Lincoln Loaner....Great Service

The vehicle I wanted wasn't easy to find but salesperson chased it for over 3 weeks, all while keeping me fully updated and responding to my questions very quickly. There was I situation I wasn’t happy with, but I voiced my concern and they made it right. Really happy with the result and looking forward to go back!

The bad, I had rear brakes replaced in September on my f150. Last week, the truck developed a grinding noise. Upon investigation, it was discovered that retaining bolts for one caliper had fallen out. The truck was towed to the dealership for investigation.
The good, Holiday Ford, replaced all the damaged components, including new pads on the unaffected side at no charge.
This kind of integrity is nice to find. Keep up the good work. Holiday Ford followed up with me and agreed to replace the rotor they had machined, did a courtesy mechnical inspection, and detailed the truck. They put us in a loner for the day while this was being done. I can't say enough about my treatment by the service department at Holiday Ford. I will be a customer of this dealership going forward.

Had my 2018 F150 towed in after a no start issue. The service techs were quick to diagnose a faulty body control module. The service advisor was excellent at explaining the steps that were taken and the truck was running in good time. Excellent service.

Just had a great experience buying a new vehicle (Ford Escape) from Holiday Ford. Erick B was a great salesperson, from the test drive to the final sale! He made sure everything thing was set up, such as Ford pass and Android Auto. He made sure I knew how everything worked in my new vehicle and I left confident!

Jennifer P took care of everything in finance and purchase, explaining everything offered and made the financing and credit process stress free and easy. Auriel W went through all final paperwork with me and was quick and efficient, making sure I understood everything.
