We had a new sales rep named, Eric, and he was great. He has lots of experience from another Ford dealership near TO so he was very knowledgeable. The entire team was happy and super friendly. They helped with our 2 year old that joined us for the purchase as well. They are super nice people and I will definitely be going back for my next car. I absolutely love the Expedition! I would like to commend the team in the service and parts office for their amazing support to me in regards to the purchase of an Ecosport accessory.The spares people were very patient with me, identified the item and ordered it in from the warehouse. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order after the weekend as a decision had subsequently been made to sell the car.The team sorted this out for me and helped with a refund.They couldn't have been more courteous and friendly even though it must have been frustrating to them. Anytime I've had any issues with my F-150 the first place I go is Holiday Ford. The staff at the service area take the time to check any concerns, explain what they found & what should be done to correct it. Great staff & great service
I came to the Quick Lane to get an oil change and to have my winter tires installed. There was no waiting to be served and the car was ready within an hour.
My father got a recall notice in the mail and when we went in to make an appointment for him, they got him an appointment in under a week.Our local Ford dealer not only didn’t know a thing about the recalls, but they gave us an estimate for around a month.Holiday is awesome. Can’t say enough good things about them.
