I would like to thank your mechanic (Mike) and the staff at Holiday Ford for the assistance in repairing my 2019 F150 which I have had problems with since the early summer of 2023.Prior to Holiday Ford, I had taken my truck to 3 other Ford dealerships (4 trips in total) and a total cost of $3099.21 without the problem being fixed.Your mechanic (Mike) took the time to make physical checks on the vehicle and did not just depend on expensive diagnostics to find and repair the problem. This was 1 hour labour and less than $200.00.I have driven many kilometers since the repair and have not had any recurring problems.I would like to thank again Mike the mechanic and the Holiday Ford staff for their conscientious attention and service with this problem.It is a bit out of my way, but I will be bringing my vehicle to Holiday Ford for future service.

I had an appointment to get a recall done. They canceled my first appointment as they didn’t have enough time. Rescheduled and they were to pick my car up from me. I never heard from them and when I called they said they forgot! Made a third appointment I dropped the car off they fixed the issues and then brought the car back to me. I was disappointed with the first 2 appointments I had made but eventually I got it fixed. Which was not a great customer service experience for my first time dealing with ford service department besides and oil change.

So glad I decided to go to the dealership for a suspected water pump problem. I’m across Canada from my home visiting my new grandson and was very worried about a huge repair bill. Tim booked me in for a diagnostic to see what the problem was. To our surprise he called several hours later and gave us the good news. It was a minor issue and would be only an hour charge. Didn’t even need the rental car for a whole day. Kudos to you Tim and Holiday Ford Ltd.
