So happy with the customer service from Cheyenne in the body shop department. My window needed replaced and she was very polite, friendly and quick at responding to any question I had. In the end, the price that I was quoted and expecting to pay ended up being even less.

I was unsure about purchasing my next vehicle though Ford again but all because of Cheyenne I’m strongly reconsidering. What an amazing experience!

Had my vehicle break down just outside Peterborough. I was 3 hrs away from home. Stephen took great care of me. Stayed late and waited for me to get there Friday night. He arranged a rental for me as I was towing a trailer. The entire staff was amazing and friendly. Truck was fixed first thing Monday and I went back and got my truck. Great dealership and thank you to all who helped out!!! Very much appreciated!!!

Dean, Ethan and Auriel are absolutely amazing, bought a used truck for a fantastic price in June 2025, unfortunately in August 2025 it was involved in an accident and deemed a total loss. These three went above and beyond to get me into a new truck, when the insurance company was not cooperating Dean assisted by providing me with the information I needed to prove my trucks worth. Ethan reached out whenever a truck came in with the specs he knew I wanted. He made me feel like he was working exclusively for me. Ethan answered numerous questions and addressed my concerns. They negotiated with me to ensure my needs were met. Auriel dealt with all the financials from the first truck to the new truck, she helped me navigate through the red tape of two truck payments so that now it is only one (side note: when she suggests gap insurance, I highly recommend accepting. It is worth it, lesson learned!) All three of them stayed late more than once to accommodate my work schedule. I cannot say enough good things about these three. If your in the market for a new truck and your a Ford guy like me, make your way over to Holiday Ford, speak to Ethan, tell him Paul sent you!

I would to thank Anita and the service crew at Holiday Ford for the great job on getting my electrical repair diagnosed and put to rest.
