Had a really great experience with Adam L and the finance team purchasing a new Vehicle at Holiday Ford.
I walked into the dealership on a Friday afternoon and was able to take a test drive of the exact vehicle I was looking for. Adam was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughout without being pushy. When it came time to run numbers, he put together several options based on the different incentives at the time which was extremely helpful. I felt like he was very fair while negotiating my trade value and the OTD price.
I actually didn't end up taking the vehicle that day because I wanted to get a quote from my insurance company and Adam took it in stride and gave me his contact. I'm sure he's heard this "excuse" multiple times and I've had other salespeople completely turn once they realized you aren't buying that day but Adam was completely understanding.
The following week we were able to get everything sorted out, no surprises or last minute inclusions. I worked with Jen on the finance side and she was equally professional and transparent to work with.
Overall, I had fair and transparent purchase experience with the Holiday Ford team and would definitely recommend them.
Staff made my time at the dealership very welcoming and inviting with no pressure to make the sale. All staff were very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood my purchase, the vehicle and the accessories purchased as well as any additional options for a later date. I bought a Ford Explorer (2021) in early May 2026. There were a few issues with the car that the dealer fixed after I took delivery. And they were very good about those issues. When I tested the car, it was very cold so I didn’t test the A/C system. Now that it’s hot….. there’s no A/C. They fixed it a couple of days ago and it’s been working fine. Although it cost me over $1200 plus $700 on the extended warranty.
I purchased a new truck and I dealt with the sales person Zach. He was very personable and friendly. He used no high-pressure sales tactics. He was just honest about what was available and what they could do. I really appreciated the approach to the whole process and I am very satisfied with everyone that I dealt with at the dealership. I would recommend anyone look at them for their next vehicle.

My wife and I began looking to lease the Nautilus and tried various dealerships but were not ready to commit at them as we had never leased before.
It wasn't until we drove into Holiday Ford Lincoln and met A K and talked about leasing that we decided to go for it. Some things came up , ie ice storm that delayed our plans but AK was understanding and did not pressure us. We finally made the plunge and picked up our new Nautilus this week. AK was 100% great , he went the extra mile to bring in our vehicle from another dealership and then he went over all the features in the vehicle. Auriel in finance who got our lease package together was awesome as well. Five stars to AK, Auriel and the rest of the team at Holiday Ford Lincoln for a very pleasant experience.

Had issues with TPMS light coming on...1st assessment noted bad Sensor..replaced but system still showed fail... went back and techs did due diligence and found the issue was a 2nd sensor..replaced..all good...service advisor kept me updated... took 2 visits but got it resolved.
Had a simple recall to take care of at Holiday Ford, and I was well looked after during the process. The shuttle took me to and from work during the vehicle service, so my day was less interrupted. Great customer service over the phone and in-person from the gentleman at Parts, Jarrod.
This is the 4th time I have had perfect service on the first appointment of each repair. Others tell me going back to the dealer after warranty is too expensive.......it is not! These people know their own vehicles and have not let me down.

Holiday Ford has knowledgeable sales team and were not pushy trying to make a sale. Treated me fairly. Finance department went above my expectations dealing with my trade-in vehicle and their financial dept.
My A/C clutch was broken and it was successfully replaced. Great people. Like all dealerships, I just wish we could book a window for the service rather than leaving it potentially for the whole day.
