Had a faulty power steering motor. It was ordered and came in, at a reasonable time frame. An appointment was made to have it installed. Within a few hours it was in and ready to be picked up.

Call holiday and ask for Darryl he will get you going in the right direction and set you up with a sales person who suits your needs . He was so easy to deal with, fast and efficient if not for him I likly would have ended up buying somewhere else .

This was the second place my husband and I approached. Our salesperson was Carter. We didn't have much time to visit, and our English wasn't very fluent, so we mainly communicated through messages. He was kind and always responded quickly, so we never felt frustrated by waiting. His first impression was very good and trustworthy. Therefore, my husband and I decided not to look elsewhere. He was very enthusiastic and always greeted us with a bright smile, making us feel good every time we met. I had to switch up dealerships as I just moved up to Kawartha Lakes. I had engine light on and called Holiday Ford. I was able to get car in within a couple days and have issue resolved, have all my service done and winter tires changed over. All looked after by Stephen Flynn and Kevin Hoy. On the Saturday I mixed up service times arriving late afternoon and service was closed. I walked in sales and met sales manager Dean Bush. He went over and above to call Stephen the assistant service manager, figure out where my winter tires were and make it possible to pick up my car. Saving my wife and I a busy trip on Monday. He helped me put tires in my truck in his dress clothes and I even got some new tire bags for my tires. I am super impressed with my new experience with Holiday Ford from start to finish. We purchased a previously owned vehicle at Holiday Ford. The staff were friendly, our salesman Erick was there to greet us at the agreed on time and the vehicle was as advertised. This is my third Ford Escape I have purchased since 2015. I had looked at local dealerships and they were very pushy and just wanted the sale. I wanted another Ford and Googled Ford Dealerships, Holiday Ford came up on the search engine and although it’s. 45 minute drive I decided to go and take a look. Initallly I was looking for a Ford Maverick, and Adam Lasenby was my sales advisor. He was very patient with me and when I took the truck out for a test drive, I realised it wasn’t for me, he suggested a different model, but I still didn’t like it, he suggested another Escape and I took one out for a drive. Adam looked over my trade in and made the offer to me explaining everything and breakdown of prices. Never once did I feel rushed or pressurised by Adam, he left me in his office so I could think things through and gave me lots of time to make my decision. Holiday Ford is the best deal ship I have ever done business with. Everything from start to finish, through to the financing was all very detailed and explained to me in understandable language. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next trade in, I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family, friends and clients.

I had to take my car back a few days later as there was a problem, Adam was on hand, he took me to service where I was looked after by Stephen, between Adam and Stephen, I was given a loaner vehicle, Stephen listened to my concerns and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I couldn’t collect it when it was ready due to work commitments, this was not an issue, Stephen had one of his employees bring my car to my home address and take the loaner vehicle back.

Worked with Erick to lease a 2025 F150 Lariat. Was extremely particular on exactly what I wanted and Erick was able to get me the exact truck specs I was looking for. I had confusions around the cue for getting my vehicle takin care of however at the end of appt and picking up my Maverick I asked for clarity and was happy with the explanation and I will be back for regular service. Steve explained the mix up on Saturday.....my tires were changed quickly...the mechanic found a burnt out headlight, and replaced it..
I wasn't charged for the tire change...and left extremely satisfied..
