Shout out to Holiday Ford in downtown Peterborough. I accidentally backed into the bumper of Ford pickup truck in the Walmart parking. No dent, but left some paint from my damaged tailgate. I left a note on the windshield to call me. Turned out the pickup belonged to Holiday Ford. I received a call from Joe (Auto Body supervisor). He said if the paint can’t be buffed out it would cost $1,000 to repaint the bumper. They tried a couple of methods and were able to restore the bumper and I did not incur any costs. So happy to learn there are still honest, decent, people.
I did not have to wait long to To get my vehicle in. Service was prompt. Communication was clear and I Got my vehicle back with the issue repaired as well as to call back completed. Shuttle service was prompt as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about Holiday Ford. I had just bought a gently used sparkly pink mustang mach- e , and not even a week after I had it , did someone back up into it from just sheer carelessness. I was devastated that this happened and was worried about my car and its repairs as it is very special to me (and I am a very anxious and obsessive person with things special to me). Not only did Ford make me feel better about the situation , and confident my car was in great hands and would be as good as new, but they really went above and beyond to make me feel valued and to make me happy. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I will only be taking my business there. Such a great team and I'm so impressed and have so much gratitude towards everyone at Holiday Ford. I went to Holiday Ford after a poor experience with a slightly used vehicle I had purchased. As a single woman shopping for a vehicle it can be intimidating - I dealt with Adam at Holiday Ford and he made my experience easy, comfortable, and I left confident I was purchasing the right vehicle. He was not pushy, did not talk down, asked pointed questions to learn what my needs were and most importantly wasn't aggressive.
