I would like to thank your mechanic (Mike) and the staff at Holiday Ford for the assistance in repairing my 2019 F150 which I have had problems with since the early summer of 2023.
Prior to Holiday Ford, I had taken my truck to 3 other Ford dealerships (4 trips in total) and a total cost of $3099.21 without the problem being fixed.
Your mechanic (Mike) took the time to make physical checks on the vehicle and did not just depend on expensive diagnostics to find and repair the problem. This was 1 hour labour and less than $200.00.
I have driven many kilometers since the repair and have not had any recurring problems.
I would like to thank again Mike the mechanic and the Holiday Ford staff for their conscientious attention and service with this problem.

Not only did they repair my vehicle with original parts which fits in like a piece of puzzle but they clean my filthy car inside out.
