The bad, I had rear brakes replaced in September on my f150. Last week the truck developed a grinding noise. Upon investigation it was discovered that retaining bolts for one caliper had fallen out. The truck was towed to the dealership for investigation.The good, Holiday Ford replaced all the damaged components including new pads on the unaffected side at no charge.This kind of integrity is nice to find. Keep up the good work.
