My first experience with Holiday Ford. I purchased a new to me 2019 Ford F150 from a non-ford dealer out of the Kawartha Lakes, and the Ford had "Mykey" (Parental Controls for Kids Driving) activated on both keys, so speed and radio volume were limited, along with a number of other settings. This is not removable without an Admin key, which was erased and turned into Mykey by the original owner.
I brought the truck into Ford, they were able to reprogram both keys with no problems. I was in and out in 1 hour, and a $185 bill. Service was great, and the bill was lower than I expected.
Brought a Ford Taurus in for troubleshooting electrical issues. They were able to fix the main issue within an hour of the car being worked on and they kept us up to date on everything going on. They let us decide how far to dive into the issues as they worked through them. They were honest with us before bringing the car in. No surprises, and overall great service here.

Ive only had one "not so great" experience at this dealer. Possibly someone was having a bad day but for the most part the service has been excellent and staff are always professional and helpful. Laura in the Service Dept. is especially friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers are fantastic as well. Thank you!
