First time at dealership and the service dept....
I had confusions around the cue for getting my vehicle takin care of however at the end of appt and picking up my Maverick I asked for clarity and was happy with the explanation and I will be back for regular service. Also being a new owner the service manager took the time to step me thru some of the display workings, thank you to all in the service dept 🙂

My wife and I began looking to lease the Nautilus and tried various dealerships but were not ready to commit at them as we had never leased before.
It wasn't until we drove into Holiday Ford Lincoln and met A K and talked about leasing that we decided to go for it.
Some things came up , ie ice storm that delayed our plans but AK was understanding and did not pressure us.
We finally made the plunge and picked up our new Nautilus this week.
AK was 100% great , he went the extra mile to bring in our vehicle from another dealership and then he went over all the features in the vehicle. Auriel in finance who got our lease package together was awesome as well.

Steve explained the mix up on Saturday.....my tires were changed quickly...the mechanic found a burnt out headlight, and replaced it..

I came to the Quick Lane to get my summer tires installed, an oil change and replace the cabin filter. There was not waiting to be talk to the service advisor. My car was ready within a reasonable time.

This is my first time ever purchasing a new vehicle and Adam was immensely helpful. Not only did he make me feel at ease while searching for the right vehicle for me but he also managed to find something that fit in my budget! Being a young female, I was very nervous to come and look for a car on my own but Adam did not pressure me in any way and I asked many questions to which Adam had all the answers for!

After getting rear ended on the weekend of the ice storm I was told my 2021 Ranger was a total loss. I really liked that truck. Brought the truck to the body shop to get it assessed for insurance. Cheyanne was awesome and Joe quickly did his thing. Cheyanne explained the process and was very helpful. Once the truck was deemed a total loss I had already decided on getting another Ranger. That’s when I met Akhilesh, goes by Ak. One of the chillest salesmen I’ve ever met. What I wanted was not on the lot so Ak searched. Finally found one I was happy with and that was that. Ak was knowledgeable and patient with my fussiness. Finance was handled by Jennifer who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Jen explained everything clearly and made the paperwork easy. Very pleased with my new truck and my experience at Holiday Ford.
Our service experience was great. The shuttle was on time and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. There was an issue with the price (an honest mistake) and they took care of it immediately and to our satisfaction.

From the time they pick up my SUV at my home . They then did the service , washed and cleaned the SUV, then brought it back to my house. While they had my SUV they gave me a Lincoln Loaner....Great Service

Purchased my first vehicle here and it was a very positive experience. The vehicle I wanted wasn't easy to find but salesperson chased it for over 3 weeks, all while keeping me fully updated and responding to my questions very quickly. Overall, process from initial contact through to deal closing and vehicle exchange was very positive

There was I situation I wasn’t happy with, but I voiced my concern and they made it right. Really happy with the result and looking forward to go back!
The bad, I had rear brakes replaced in September on my f150. Last week, the truck developed a grinding noise. Upon investigation, it was discovered that retaining bolts for one caliper had fallen out. The truck was towed to the dealership for investigation.
The good, Holiday Ford, replaced all the damaged components, including new pads on the unaffected side at no charge.
This kind of integrity is nice to find. Keep up the good work. Holiday Ford followed up with me and agreed to replace the rotor they had machined, did a courtesy mechnical inspection, and detailed the truck. They put us in a loner for the day while this was being done. I can't say enough about my treatment by the service department at Holiday Ford. I will be a customer of this dealership going forward.
