The bad, I had rear brakes replaced in September on my f150. Last week, the truck developed a grinding noise. Upon investigation, it was discovered that retaining bolts for one caliper had fallen out. The truck was towed to the dealership for investigation.
The good, Holiday Ford, replaced all the damaged components, including new pads on the unaffected side at no charge.
This kind of integrity is nice to find. Keep up the good work. Holiday Ford followed up with me and agreed to replace the rotor they had machined, did a courtesy mechanical inspection, and detailed the truck. They put us in a loner for the day while this was being done. I can't say enough about my treatment by the service department at Holiday Ford. I will be a customer of this dealership going forward.

I don’t live in the area — I was 300 km away from home when my Ford Transit 250 broke down.
After stopping by another garage that couldn’t figure out the issue, I went straight to this shop without an appointment — and I’m so glad I did. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived.

Stephen, the Assistant Service Manager, was the one I spoke with — he was amazing throughout the whole process. I didn’t get the name of the mechanic, but they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and efficiently. I was back on the road within just a few hours.

Honestly, 5 stars don’t feel like enough for this experience. They truly went above and beyond.
