Zach in sales is such a laid back, great guy. He was honest and helpful about everything and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured into anything, and they gave me a lot of time to think and weigh my options. He took me seriously as a customer and made the whole process so seamless! This is my third Ford Escape I have purchased since 2015. I had looked at local dealerships and they were very pushy and just wanted the sale. I wanted another Ford and Googled Ford Dealerships, Holiday Ford came up on the search engine and although it’s. 45 minute drive I decided to go and take a look. Initallly I was looking for a Ford Maverick, and Adam Lasenby was my sales advisor. He was very patient with me and when I took the truck out for a test drive, I realised it wasn’t for me, he suggested a different model, but I still didn’t like it, he suggested another Escape and I took one out for a drive. Adam looked over my trade in and made the offer to me explaining everything and breakdown of prices. Never once did I feel rushed or pressurised by Adam, he left me in his office so I could think things through and gave me lots of time to make my decision. Holiday Ford is the best deal ship I have ever done business with. Everything from start to finish, through to the financing was all very detailed and explained to me in understandable language. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next trade in, I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family, friends and clients.

I had to take my car back a few days later as there was a problem, Adam was on hand, he took me to service where I was looked after by Stephen, between Adam and Stephen, I was given a loaner vehicle, Stephen listened to my concerns and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I couldn’t collect it when it was ready due to work commitments, this was not an issue, Stephen had one of his employees bring my car to my home address and take the loaner vehicle back.

Worked with Erick to lease a 2025 F150 Lariat. Was extremely particular on exactly what I wanted and Erick was able to get me the exact truck specs I was looking for. First time at dealership and the service dept....
I had confusions around the cue for getting my vehicle takin care of however at the end of appt and picking up my Maverick I asked for clarity and was happy with the explanation and I will be back for regular service. Also being a new owner the service manager took the time to step me thru some of the display workings, thank you to all in the service dept 🙂

My wife and I began looking to lease the Nautilus and tried various dealerships but were not ready to commit at them as we had never leased before.

Some things came up , ie ice storm that delayed our plans but AK was understanding and did not pressure us.

Steve explained the mix up on Saturday.....my tires were changed quickly...the mechanic found a burnt out headlight, and replaced it..
I wasn't charged for the tire change...and left extremely satisfied..

I came to the Quick Lane to get my summer tires installed, an oil change and replace the cabin filter. There was not waiting to be talk to the service advisor. My car was ready within a reasonable time.

This is my first time ever purchasing a new vehicle and Adam was immensely helpful. Not only did he make me feel at ease while searching for the right vehicle for me but he also managed to find something that fit in my budget! Being a young female, I was very nervous to come and look for a car on my own but Adam did not pressure me in any way and I asked many questions to which Adam had all the answers for!

After getting rear ended on the weekend of the ice storm I was told my 2021 Ranger was a total loss. I really liked that truck. Brought the truck to the body shop to get it assessed for insurance. Cheyanne was awesome and Joe quickly did his thing. Cheyanne explained the process and was very helpful. Once the truck was deemed a total loss I had already decided on getting another Ranger. That’s when I met Akhilesh, goes by Ak. One of the chillest salesmen I’ve ever met. What I wanted was not on the lot so Ak searched. Finally found one I was happy with and that was that. Ak was knowledgeable and patient with my fussiness. Finance was handled by Jennifer who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Jen explained everything clearly and made the paperwork easy. Very pleased with my new truck and my experience at Holiday Ford.

Our service experience was great. The shuttle was on time and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. There was an issue with the price (an honest mistake) and they took care of it immediately and to our satisfaction.
